The facelift that overcomes forehead gravity
We restore eyebrows to their original height!
Drooping eyebrows give a permanent expression of fatigue, sadness, anger and gloom to the face. With modern brow lift techniques, we raise the eyebrows to their youthful, natural height, thus “opening” the eyes and making the look more lively and cheerful. By lifting the eyebrows, we achieve a renewed look in the entire upper third of the face, as the appearance of dynamic wrinkles on the forehead, the middle eyebrow and the “crow’s feet” is improved. Thanks to the brow lift, upper blepharoplasty can be avoided in cases where the drooping eyelids are not due so much to excess skin, but to the weight exerted by the drooping eyebrows. With the brow lift, we can also raise the outer corner of the eyes and create the seductive cat-eye look!

Brow Lift
Immediate or endoscopic eyebrow lift
The brow lift is the only definitive solution for the drooping position of the eyebrows that gives the face an expression of fatigue, sadness or gloom. Depending on the structure of the face and the effects of aging, eyebrow lifting can be performed either by the direct or endoscopic method. With the direct method, we make an incision parallel to the curve of the eyebrow and remove a few millimeters of skin in order to return the eyebrow to its youthful height and restore its natural arch. With the endoscopic method, we make 2-3 one-centimeter incisions in the scalp and with the help of a microscopic camera we enter under the forehead, to reach the eyebrows and lift them to the desired position with the help of internal sutures.
Both methods allow us to position the eyebrows at the upper lip of the eye socket, which is their natural youthful position. We also reshape their arch by lifting their middle part, since the aging process results in the arch of the eyebrows gradually becoming flatter and horizontal, thus "weighting" the gaze.
Eyebrow lifting, although a simple invasive procedure, has a significant impact on the youthfulness of the entire face, as it revitalizes the look and makes the face appear more friendly, rested, and carefree.
Combination of brow lift & blepharoplasty
In cases where the tired appearance is not only due to sagging of the forehead and drooping eyebrows, but also to excess skin and fat around the eyelids, then we can combine the brow lift with upper or lower blepharoplasty.
With blepharoplasty, we remove loose skin and excess fat in the eyelid area, which "weights" the look and often makes it difficult to apply makeup, while in many cases it even impairs vision. Like the brow lift, blepharoplasty is a minimally invasive procedure that is performed in the office under local anesthesia at the same time as the eyebrow lift.
If upper blepharoplasty is deemed necessary, then the brow lift can be performed through the same incision, which is applied to the natural crease of the upper eyelid so that once healed, it is undetectable. Through this incision, we go behind the eyebrows and with special sutures we lift them a few millimeters to “open” the eyes and make the look more lively and youthful.

Frequently Asked Questions
What causes eyebrows to fall out?
The fall in the position of the eyebrows can be the result of overactivity of the muscles in the forehead and eyebrow area or be due to heredity, normal aging, sun exposure. Over time, the forehead loses its elasticity and firmness, the skin relaxes and "sags", as a result of which the eyebrows are no longer supported in their natural, youthful position. The fall in the position of the eyebrows has the result that their arch becomes flatter and horizontal, giving a constant expression of severity and gloom to the gaze.
When are the results of a brow lift visible?
Directly. Whether we follow the direct or endoscopic method, the eyebrows are placed directly in their new desired position and you can see the result immediately after the procedure is finished.
How do I know if I need a brow lift or blepharoplasty?
It is important to determine the exact cause of drooping eyelids. If excess skin and fat in the upper eyelid is to blame, making the eyes look old and tired, then the solution is blepharoplasty, which removes this excess. However, if the cause is the drooping position of the eyebrows, which put extra weight on the eyelids, then the solution is a brow lift. You can do a quick test and try pulling your eyebrows higher with your fingers to see if the appearance of your eyelids changes significantly. If it improves significantly, then the solution is probably a brow lift. However, there is a case where drooping eyebrows and excess skin on the eyelids coexist, so a combination of a brow lift and blepharoplasty will be needed for a perfect result.
Can Botox correct drooping eyebrows?
Botox can provide a temporary lift to the eyebrows in people with mild drooping eyebrows, as it works on the muscles that pull the eyebrows down. The improvement lasts for about 4 to 6 months.
