Cellulite is undoubtedly the most common cosmetic skin problem, affecting almost 9 out of 10 women. There are now many modern medical solutions that target the cause of the problem. With these advanced methods, the appearance of “orange peel” and dimples can be reduced, offering smoother and more even skin.
The best ways to deal with it
LPG Endermologie® Alliance
The LPG Endermologie® Alliance device is the most effective medical device in the world for combating cellulite, offering 67% improvement of the “orange peel” appearance from the 3rd session. It is a safe, 100% natural method, based on mechanical massage of the skin, with the aim of increasing blood and lymph circulation, cellular stimulation and the removal of toxins and retained fluids. As the tissues are decompressed, they automatically become more elastic and the skin acquires a smoother and velvety appearance, without the characteristic “dimples” of cellulite.
At the same time, as the skin is massaged in an intensive and targeted manner, the method also acts on the adipose tissue. The fat cells are mobilized to more effectively eliminate accumulated fat, thus contributing to the reduction of the swelling of the fat cells that worsens the appearance of cellulite.
The latest generation LPG Endermologie® Alliance device excels in the following: ✔ Simultaneous treatment of cellulite, local thickness and sagging ✔ Advanced application head for deeper action and 25% increase in tissue mobilization and elasticity ✔ Effective simulation of intensive hand massage ✔ Integrated sensor system “Alliance Skin Identity Sensor” to record skin quality and personalize the program ✔ Advanced telemetry system with special diagnostic tablets
Mesotherapy Alidya
Alidya mesotherapy combats one of the main causes of cellulite: poor blood circulation. Alidya's active ingredients enhance local blood and lymph circulation, contributing to tissue detoxification. At the same time, they bind iron factors, which have been shown to be associated with toxicity and reduced blood flow in areas with cellulite.
Result? More oxygen reaches the tissues, helping them regain their elasticity and natural appearance.
Celluarase
The Celluerase method is designed to provide a permanent solution to deep cellulite dimples, which appear as “scratches” in the skin. This is usually an indication of advanced cellulite, as islands of connective tissue have formed that pull the skin downward. These dimples are deeper and longer than the characteristic “dimples” of the orange peel appearance, are mainly located on the buttocks or thighs and require a targeted, active approach to treat them.
Celluerase offers permanent and immediate relief from them. The doctor inserts a special tool under the local connective tissue fibrosis and cuts it, thus releasing the skin. The procedure is painless, as it is preceded by local anesthesia, and the result is immediate. Once the fibrosis responsible for the sagging is cut, the skin is automatically released and the unevenness is eliminated.

Thermography is the necessary first step in effectively treating cellulite, as it detects its shape, extent and most “problematic” areas. In this way, it allows the selection of the most appropriate treatment protocol.
Thanks to special flexible liquid crystal plates placed on the skin, thermography “reads” the condition of the subcutaneous tissue through the skin temperature. Within a few seconds, the plates are colored and imprint “islands” that reveal areas with edema, nodules or low blood microcirculation.

What is cellulite?
Cellulite is a condition in which the skin appears uneven and dimpled, giving it an orange peel appearance. It is caused by changes in the structure of fat cells and connective tissues beneath the skin.
These changes lead to swelling of fat cells, which compress connective tissues. At the same time, reduced blood and lymph circulation in these areas contributes to fluid and toxin retention in the tissues, worsening the phenomenon.
Only 101% of men have cellulite
Cellulite: Women VS Men
Cellulite occurs mainly in women, as it is estimated to affect approximately 90% of women and only 10% of men.
One of the main reasons is the different arrangement of connective tissue and fat cells under the skin. In women, fat cells are more numerous and arranged vertically, pressing on the connective tissue. In contrast, in men, fat cells are fewer and arranged horizontally, creating a more stable structure that better holds fat.
Additionally, hormones play a role. Estrogen in women promotes fat storage, helping fat cells to swell, while testosterone in men helps break it down. Furthermore, women have three layers of fat in specific areas of the body (such as the arms, stomach, buttocks, thighs, and knees), while men have only one uniform layer of fat throughout their bodies.
What does cellulite look like?
in skin thermography
Edematous Cellulitis: Islands of different colors with blurred edges, surrounded by light-colored areas, may indicate areas of reduced blood flow. The skin often appears rough to the touch and less elastic. A characteristic sign of edematous cellulite is that, when pressure is applied to the skin for a few seconds, a white imprint may remain, indicating the presence of retained fluids in the subcutaneous tissue.
Fibrous Cellulitis: Fibrous cellulite is characterized by areas of intense color variation, which create a pattern reminiscent of leopard skin. This appearance may indicate venous stasis and reduced circulation. The skin appears less elastic, and its consistency can be either hard or soft. In addition, the area is often sensitive to pressure and is accompanied by a concentration of fatty tissue.
Sclerotic Cellulitis: Sclerotic cellulite is characterized by areas of darker shades, such as black or brown, indicating the presence of macro-nodules or areas of reduced circulation. The skin has significantly lost its elasticity, while the tissues may be sensitive even to light pressure. The consistency of the skin varies, presenting either a hard or soft texture, while the local concentration of fat is particularly pronounced.
